The Samiti is committed to do work of social welfare & Charity. It organizes Rog Nidan Shivir (Disease Remedy Camp) every year and Renowned Doctors of Apollo Hospital, New Delhi Dr. Ganesh K. Mani, Dr. S. K. Gupta, Diabetes Specialists Dr. Satish Kumar Mathur & Many other Experts and specialist of different diseases give their valuable advice to patients. During these sixteen years thousands of heart & other patients have been benefited by these camps.
The samiti always gives contribution whenever it is needed, for example Saries, clothes, blankets, jerseys etc. are distributed among many poor girls & poor people.

Celebrations
National Festivals, annual functions, Important days (Divas) Birthdays (Jayanti) of great leaders specially Swami Dayanand Saraswati’s birthday is celebrated with Great joy and Enthusiasm. A ‘Shobha Yatra’ of about five thousand girls of all the institution goes round the city. Special attractions of the Shobha Yatra are five Veerangnas (brave ladies) sitting on horse- Rani Jhansiwali Laxmi bai, Rani Durgavati, Hada Rani, Ahilyabai Holkar, Vidushi Gargi, 15 Jhankis representing different ideas are displayed.
All the other literary, cultural & entertaining activities go on in all the educational institutions run by the Samiti.
The samiti is most concerned about the national & social problems. The alarming increase in area in population has created many problems. Water & electricity have fallen short due to over population, the water level has gone down & scarcity of water has become challenging problem. Trees are being cut & forests are disappearing which is a great challenge. To overcome these problems samiti is giving full importance to plantation & every year in all the institutions trees are planted and ‘van mahotsav’ is celebrated.
